Supporters have been advised that the East Stand Ticket Office<\/strong> and the stadium club shop<\/strong> will remain closed throughout the weekend due to adverse weather conditions. Ongoing snowfall in and around the stadium area has prompted the club to temporarily suspend in-person ticketing and retail services in the interest of safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The closure of the ticket office and club shop comes as weather conditions continue to affect access to the ground. Club officials confirmed that the decision was taken to protect both staff and supporters while the severe weather persists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the Albion Alcove<\/strong>, which was closed on Friday, 9 January, has now reopened and is accessible to visitors. Despite this development, supporters are reminded that ticket purchases and official merchandise sales at the stadium will not be available until further notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fans wishing to purchase tickets for upcoming fixtures, including the Baggies\u2019 FA Cup tie against Swansea City, are encouraged to do so through the club\u2019s online ticketing service. Tickets for the away fixture in south Wales will remain on sale online until midday on Saturday, 10 January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
