It is believed that the former Orlando Pirates midfielder Oupa Manyisa has finally joined the Premier Soccer League club, Platinum City Rovers.
It is reported that the former Orlando Pirates midfield holder has signed a two-year deal and could make his highly anticipated debut when the GladAfrica Championship starts this weekend in the Northwest host of Polokwane City.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder is fit and eager to go, according to a source close to the team.
“With Platinum City Rovers, Oupa Manyisa signed,” the club source revealed.
“He has signed an option for another year for a one-year agreement.
“He’s also assigned to a long-standing role in his playing career at Platinum City Rovers.
Reports suggest that the player was so close to sealing a deal with the newly promoted side after parting ways with the Chilli boys at the end of last season.
After recruiting goalkeeper Fortune Nkumane, Manyisa is the second former Pirates player in the team.
