Arsenal are close to finalising the £68million signing of Crystal Palace midfielder Eberechi Eze. According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, the Gunners have reached an agreement in principle with Palace, with the player expected to make the switch to the Emirates following his club appearance on Thursday. Tottenham had attempted to hijack the move, but Arsenal are now firmly in pole position.
