  1. This hits differently than I expected; because we talk a lot about wins, lessons learned, and “what worked”, but we rarely create real space for the honest conversation.
    Regret in a team setting isn’t a weakness. It’s actually one of the most underused tools for growth. The teams willing to sit in that discomfort long enough to name it and then do something about it are almost always the ones that build something more intentional the second time around.
    The do-over isn’t about dwelling on the past; rather it’s about respecting the future enough to be honest about how you got here.
