Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Everton have reached an agreement with Southampton to sign highly-rated forward Tyler Dibling.
The Toffees have been pushing all summer to strengthen their attack for manager David Moyes, already sealing the arrivals of Thierno Barry from Villarreal and Jack Grealish on loan from Manchester City.
